Suryoday Internet Banking Registration
- Step 1: Register on Suryodaybank.com On the home page, click “Log In”, and then select “Register new user”.
- Step 2: Enter Identification Information and Choose your User ID. First, enter your Customer ID, a few additional details. Create a User ID that you’d like to use when accessing your accounts online, and click “Submit”.
- Step 3: Enter a One-time password to ensure the security of your account, we’ll need you to enter a One-time Password (OTP) which we will send you on your registered mobile number. Enter and click on “Submit”
- Step 4: Create your Password Create a password using the criteria provided on the screen and click “Submit”.
- Step 5: Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Step 6: Registration complete once you see the confirmation page, click “Login” to start banking online.

Ans – After logging into your account, you can view most of your account information on the “My Accounts” homepage. Here, you can view your account activity, details of deposits, loans, statements, etc.
Question – Why do I have to authenticate each time I log in online from a different device?
Ans – We’ll ask you to verify that you own the accounts you want to access. This helps protect your accounts from unauthorized acc
Question – How do I transfer money to another account?
Ans – You can move money between your Suryoday accounts or outside the Bank either by using the “Transfer” option, Link the account to transfer within or other bank transfers. To link your accounts, visit a banker or call Smile Officer.
Question – Why do I need to log off after I am done using online banking?
Ans – For security purposes, your account will time out after 5 minutes of inactivity. You should always use the log off button when you are done with your session to ensure your account is kept secure.

Ans – No, there is no additional cost for Online Banking. For regular transactions done through the branch, the charges as provided in your Suryoday Schedule of charges will apply.
