Hi Friends CA IPCC and CA Final Exam Forms will start on 4th August, 2017 and last date of exam forms is 25th August 2017. Please note – Physical Forms i.e. OMR examination application forms have been discontinued with effect from Nov 2017 examination onwards. Henceforth, all candidates will be required to submit examination application forms on-line only at http://icaiexam.icai.org . They will also be required to pay the exam fee on-line.
In this connection, candidates are advised to note the following changes made with effect from Nov 2017 examinations onwards:
Final candidates and Direct Entry candidates of Intermediate (IPC), through graduate/post graduate route are required to scan and upload their Certificate of Service, duly signed by their Principal/s on the above mentioned portal. Unless the Certificate of Service is uploaded, candidates will not be able to complete submission of the examination form on-line.

- Certificate of Service Format for candidates who registered for/converted to Intermediate (IPC) course under the Direct Entry Scheme under the category Graduates/Post Graduates
- Candidates who registered for Intermediate (IPC) course through CPT route and appeared in the Intermediate (IPC) Examination in one or both groups but did not pass any of the group/s and converted to Intermediate (IPC) under the Direct Entry Scheme and commenced practical training on or before 30th April, 2017.

Step 1: Create Your Account:
For Submitting CA Final and CA IPCC Exam Forms, you need to Register new account. New account is mandatory for all students even you are already create account in last attempts, Means Every student require to create this account and authenticating your Student Registration Number (eg: CRO0123456) with your date of birth, your VALID email-id and mobile number. (In Case your Name is not displayed on entering the registration number and Date of Birth, you can still create the login as a PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE by providing correct particulars. You must submit the copy of registration letter and other relevant documents with your application form in case your login is created as Provisional Candidate.)
Double check your email-id: provided by you in the above step, since the login-id and password created by you for filling up the application form would be sent to this email address and mobile only.
Step 2: Complete Your Profile
After Fill all Details in Step 1, Please click on “Register Button” and Success method is show and you may also see your user name and Password. On Same Screen, Please click on “Go to step 2 and complete your profile” in this page please enter your personal details and click on submit button.
Step 2: Login and Pay Fee Online:
After Completion of Step 2 registration, Please go to your dashboard and verify your email address and mobile number, then you will see “Apply Online for Final or IPCC”. And if you are old student then your Last Exam Form Pic and Sign is also appeared in your dashboard”
Login here with the username and password you receive in your email ID and mobile as provided in Step 1 above. Now please login to your account and Fill up the Online Application form carefully, confirm the particulars displayed in the Confirmation Page and Pay the Fees Online using Master Card, Maestro Card or by Visa Credit or Debit card. Important – Candidates whose photographs and signatures are not in exam data base, i.e. those whose photographs and signatures are not displayed on the screen, are required to fill the examination application form, take a print out of the profile form, affix their photographs and signatures at the designated place, get the form attested by a Chartered Accountant or Gazetted officer or Head of an educational institution and submit the same at the designated offices of the Institute on or before the specified dates indicated on the portal. However, such candidates are also required to scan and upload their Certificate of Service, on the portal.

Step 3: Login Again to Take print out of PDF form
Login Again to Take print out of PDF form on A4 size paper with Portrait orientation. Do Not print on both sides of the paper. If PDF is not generated Click Here.
Check and ensure that Control Number, Bar code and Payment Particulars are appearing correctly in PDF before taking the print out. In case of any issues please report to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 4: Affix Photograph & Signature:
After Taking Print out of Exam form you will require to Paste your Photograph and Sign the form using Black Ink Pen and get the form attested by Principal/Member of the Institute/gazetted officer, as mentioned in the form printed in Step 3 above.
How to Change Photo and Sign
Hi Freinds if your photo and sign is already appeared in your exam form profile and if you want to change or update your photo and sign in your application form then, please follow below procedure..
Please Note – You may change your photo and sign before make payment, after making payment you are not able to edit your exam form.
- Step 1 – Register and login at ICAI Exam form website http://icaiexam.icai.org/
- Step 2 – Now please verify your email address and Mobile Number, After Verification of email and mobile number you will see “Apply Online” option
- Step 3 – Now Please click on Apply Online and enter all required details
- Step 4 – In Application Section, you will see option for “do you want to change your “photo & Signature“, Please click on that option and upload your new photo and signature…
Please Note – Applicants whose photograph / signature are not appearing on the PDF have to affix their photograph & sign the PDF
Step 5: Send us the printout:
Those candidates whose photographs and signatures are displayed on the screen, when the candidate logs in to the above mentioned portal, need NOT submit physical copies of their exam forms(PDF) at the office/s of ICAI .
The Last Date for Receipt of Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) filled Online after affixing photograph and specimen signature and signing the declaration duly countersigned by the Principal/Gazetted Officer.
