Hi Friends CA IPCC and CA Final Exam Forms will start on 6th February, 2017 and last date of exam forms is 27th February 2017. Please note –  Physical Forms i.e. OMR examination application forms have been discontinued with effect from May 2017 examination onwards. Henceforth, all candidates will be required to submit examination application forms on-line only at http://icaiexam.icai.org . They will also be required to pay the exam fee on-line.

In this connection, candidates are advised to note the following changes made with effect from May 2017 examinations onwards:

Final candidates and Direct Entry candidates of Intermediate (IPC), through graduate/post graduate route are required to scan and upload their Certificate of Service, duly signed by their Principal/s on the above mentioned portal. Unless the Certificate of Service is uploaded, candidates will not be able to complete submission of the examination form on-line.

Step 1: Create Your Account:

For Submitting CA Final and CA IPCC Exam Forms, you need to Register new account. New account is mandatory for all students even you are already create account in last attempts, Means Every student require to create this account and authenticating your Student Registration Number (eg: CRO0123456) with your date of birth, your VALID email-id and mobile number. (In Case your Name is not displayed on entering the registration number and Date of Birth, you can still create the login as a PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE by providing correct particulars. You must submit the copy of registration letter and other relevant documents with your application form in case your login is created as Provisional Candidate.)

Double check your email-id: provided by you in the above step, since the login-id and password created by you for filling up the application form would be sent to this email address and mobile only.

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

After Fill all Details in Step 1, Please click on “Register Button” and Success method is show and you may also see your user name and Password. On Same Screen, Please click on “Go to step 2 and complete your profile” in this page please enter your personal details and click on submit button.

Step 2: Login and Pay Fee Online:

After Completion of Step 2 registration, Please go to your dashboard and verify your email address and mobile number, then you will see “Apply Online for Final or IPCC”. And if you are old student then your Last Exam Form Pic and Sign is also appeared in your dashboard”

Clarification Applicable from May 2017

Important – Candidates whose photographs and signatures are in examination data base, i.e. those whose photographs and signatures are displayed on the screen, on the portal, when they log in, are not required to take a print out(PDF) of the exam form and submit it.

Important –  Candidates whose photographs and signatures are not in exam data base, i.e. those whose photographs and signatures are not displayed on the screen, are required to fill the examination application form, take a print out of the profile form, affix their photographs and signatures at the designated place, get the form attested by a Chartered Accountant or Gazetted officer or Head of an educational institution and submit the same at the designated offices of the Institute on or before the specified dates indicated on the portal. However, such candidates are also required to scan and upload their Certificate of Service, on the portal.

Please Follow Next Steps only in one case i.e. if your photographs and signatures are not in exam data base

Step 3: Login Again to Take print out of PDF form

Login Again to Take print out of PDF form on A4 size paper with Portrait orientation. Do Not print on both sides of the paper.   If PDF is not generated Click Here.

Check and ensure that Control Number, Bar code and Payment Particulars are appearing correctly in PDF before taking the print out. In case of any issues please report to onlineexamforms@icai.in

Step 4: Affix Photograph & Signature:

After Taking Print out of Exam form you will require to Paste your Photograph and Sign the form using Black Ink Pen and get the form attested by Principal/Member of the Institute/gazetted officer, as mentioned in the form printed in Step 3 above.

How to Change Photo and Sign

Hi Freinds if your photo and sign is already appeared in your exam form profile and if you want to change or update your photo and sign in your application form then, please follow below procedure..

Please Note – You may change your photo and sign before make payment, after making payment you are not able to edit your exam form.

  • Step 1 – Register and login at ICAI Exam form website http://icaiexam.icai.org/
  • Step 2 – Now please verify your email address and Mobile Number, After Verification of email and mobile number you will see “Apply Online” option
  • Step 3 – Now Please click on Apply Online and enter all required details
  • Step 4 – In Application Section, you will see option for “do you want to change your “photo & Signature“, Please click on that option and upload your new photo and signature…

Step 5: Send us the printout:

Those candidates whose photographs and signatures are displayed on the screen, when the candidate logs in to the above mentioned portal, need NOT submit physical copies of their exam forms(PDF) at the office/s of ICAI .

The Last Date for Receipt of Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) filled Online after affixing photograph and specimen signature and signing the declaration duly countersigned by the Principal/Gazetted Officer.

  15. Sir, I had filed the examination form for Final examination online before the due date on 20th Aug without late fee but my CA has gone out of Delhi so my form has yet not been signed. And the last date of submission of physical copy for those who have filed online without late fee is tomorrow i.e. 30th Aug. Now i dont see any options for late fee in the portal of ICAI. So what options do i have sir? Please advise.

    I have filled the exam form online on 26th of August 2016 but I have not post the print out form yet and I will post it on 29th Aug 2016 and it will reach ICAI office after 30th August so how can I paid late fee to institute

      As per ICAI your form is not accepted after 30th August 2016 if you can fill form without late fees and this decision is take by ICAI that your form is accepted or not accepted after reach of 30th august 2016, as per examination form rules your form is not accepted after 30th august 2016 if you can fill form without late fess.

      As per ICAI your form is not accepted after 30th August 2016 if you can fill form without late fees, Please send form before 29th August 2016 so your form reach timely.

      ICAI not Say that Speed post or registered post is compulsory or not but in ICAI Exam form guidance they clearly say that send form via speed post or registered post. as per icai guidance note “You may send printout of the form by SpeedPost/Registered Post (not courier) without folding and Superscribing the envelope as “Exam Application Form – Final November, 2016”

    I haven’t received the articleship completion letter yet front he institute. As due to some reasons there was a delay in filling of the form 108, now to fill the exam form the enclosed certification of services asks for the date . can I write still pending . n send the letter later as and when I receive it from the institute.       Yes your form is accepted, but please attach a application for non receivable of articleship completion certificate and when you will receive your articleship completion letter then send to ICAI, Please send your form timely.

      You are not able to correct exemption details in correction window,in correction window you may change only centre, medium, and Group. if you submit application for correction then no need to do anything.

      Your Form is not accepted at ICAI office after 26th August 2016, Then you will require to send form at ICAI office via post till 30th August 2016. Please submit form timely by sign your form from another principle and attach application for non availability of your principle.

    My CA under whom i am registered has left the firm in which i was pursuing my articleship and has now joined some other firm. Now in exam form its required to get it attested by your CA with the firm seal. So which firm’s seal i am supposed to use on that form. The previous one in which my CA was a partner or of the new firm.

      In my best knowledge Register your form with current CA Firm, if ICAI find any problem in your form then they will intimate you via separate letter. please also try to contact ICAI and try to find solution form ICAI.

      If you want to submit form after 30th August then fill form with late fees and submit form till 06-09-2016. if you fill form without late fees and submit after 30 august 2016 then your form is not accepted.

    I have got extention in articleship for 40 days .It completed on 29.04.2016 . I have lately submitted form 108 yesterday only. i will start extented period under new CA after i get notice for extention from institute.

    I am appearing for 1st group in november 2016 and filled the form .Now the query is that in exam form hard copy that is to be submitted with institute there is a column of “CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE” . i want to ask who will sign that completion certificate ….

      If you clear any group then not require to mention exemption details of that group subjects, Exemption details are mentioned only unclear group subjects. Now you are not able to edit your form via online mode, please call to ICAI Exam Helpline, only they can help you regarding this.
